Why Texluna
A factory you can audit, a team that answers.
TEXLUNA Apparel Trading was founded in 2013 as a single cutting floor serving local boutiques. Today we produce over 1.2 million garments a year — still on floors we own.

In-house floors, in-house standards
Most “wholesalers” are traders who subcontract to the lowest bidder each season. Sizing drifts, fabric weight drops, orders arrive late. We built TEXLUNA the other way around: our own cutting tables, our own sewing lines, our own QC bench that every carton passes.
The result is boring and repeatable: the size M you reorder matches the size M you bought last season.
Buyers do not need excitement from a factory. They need Tuesday to be like Monday.— Daniel Roan, Managing Director

Programs built for reordering
Every style is developed as a program: full size run S–XXL, graded patterns locked in our system, fabric booked by the roll. Stock programs ship in 15 days; custom runs in 30–45.
Mixed-size and mixed-color splits are standard on every order, not an upsell.

A sales desk that answers
Your account manager sends line sheets before season, confirms cartons before shipping, and answers on WhatsApp during your business hours — whichever timezone you buy from.
New buyers start with a sample pack: any three styles, any sizes, at sample cost, credited back on your first bulk order.
A reorder is the only honest review in this business.— Daniel Roan, Managing Director
Locked grading
Pattern grading is digitized and locked per style. Size charts on the site are the charts the factory cuts to.
Booked fabric
Core fabrics are booked by the roll each season, so in-stock programs ship in 15 days without surprise substitutions.
QC on every carton
AQL 2.5 inspection before packing. Carton-level reports available to any buyer on request.
